By using Vidly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Eligibility

Vidly is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vidly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Backing up your data stored locally on your device
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Coin Purchases

Vidly offers in-app coin purchases for premium features:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coin balances may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Vidly, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Vidly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the application to transmit any harmful code or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Vidly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data (User ID and coin balance only), and all your asset information is stored locally on your device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vidly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the application settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vidly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
